A WWII Torpedo Plant, Reimagined for a Waterfront Reception
Few venues have a backstory like the Torpedo Factory, a working WWII munitions plant turned art center right on the Alexandria waterfront. Grace and Jordan's reception filled the ground floor with color: jewel-toned florals against exposed brick and steel, gold chiavari chairs under the original mezzanine.
Ed's system was tuned specifically for the room's hard, industrial surfaces, with enough warmth to keep the sound from bouncing and enough volume to reach two open floors of neighbors watching from the railings above.
