Steps from the Capitol, Hannah and David's tented terrace reception turned a downtown DC address into something intimate — string lights overhead, warm uplighting, and a skyline most guests had only seen from a distance. Ed's setup tucked neatly against the tent's edge, invisible to the eye but never to the ear.
A playful seating sign (“choose a seat, not a side — we're all family once the knot is tied”) set the tone early, and the night leaned into it: relaxed, warm, and never precious about the venue's polish.
